Sample Declaration of Independence Summaries
Sample Declaration of Independence SummariesA sample declaration of independence should be completed by all students as part of their general education classes. This document provides a template for writing the legal document. The document can be used as a general class project and should be submitted with your papers. It is also required that a sample of your document be taken from a library or other venue where you have had the privilege of reading and studying the declaration. Sample documents are invaluable and will provide an idea of how the document should be formatted and should be arranged in the document. You may be unsure as to whether to include the text of the Declaration of Independence or not. If you do not include the text of the Declaration, you may forget to include certain portions which are mandatory. Remember that this is required to make the official statement to the effect that you, the student or citizen of the United States of America, do hereby declare that you are a free and independent citizen of the United States of America. You will need to include your name and some contact information, such as your home address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. You will also need to include your full date of birth, place of birth, date of your birth, age, sex, and complete contact information. All of this information is required in the Declaration of Independence. You must state your reason why you, the student or citizen of the United States of America, do hereby declare that you are a free and independent citizen of the United States of America. You must explain the reasons behind why you have chosen to resign yourself to be governed by the government of the United States of America. You must state this reason to the extent that it makes sense. For example, if you do not believe that a majority of citizens of the United States of America are of good moral character, you may say that you will stand up and be counted as a true American citizen i f there is a revolution. This is where you must identify the signatories. You will need to have names and addresses of all of the signatories. You will need to identify each one of the signatories and their contact information. When you prepare this document include copies of other forms that you may have taken from a library. Include copies of state constitutions, petition papers, or any other such form that you feel appropriate.
